It is good that he has decided to work at grass route levels.I am sure this guy could get assistance from Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA)and even support for his innovative ideas because of his IIM tag. Many farmer’s co-operatives fail to take off because of the lake of support from various govt bodies. Secondly, it hard to run such co-operative for illiterate formers. But I am glad that he thinks to do something for his nation and its people. All the best Kauslendra!

The youth that cries of unemployment should take a lesson from this. If everyone wants to work and earn, no one will be unemployed! Kaushalendra chose to, but even if compelled too, many young people would rather complain than actually do something... For the lot, reputation matters, even if they die of hunger!
Good work Kaushalendra
